Before joining La Community Bank, Mr. Isaac gained extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked as a System Administrator and later as the Acting IT Manager at Amanano Rural Bank. His expertise in system administration and IT management was pivotal in enhancing the bank's operational efficiency and cybersecurity posture.
Mr. Isaac's career also includes significant contributions to national projects. He worked as a Card Verification Officer for the National Identification Authority, where he was involved in the verification processes for Ghana's national ID system. His technical acumen was further honed during his tenure as a Customer Service Engineer with Vodafone Ghana, where he was responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through effective IT support.
