Ken is a seasoned and experienced Human Resource Management professional with 30 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in financial institutions.
Ken holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape - Coast and a B. A. (Hons.) from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (Ghana)
He started his Banking and Human Resource Management carrier with the defunct Ghana Co-operative Bank in June, 1989 as a Banking Officer. In April, 2001, he was designated as a Human Resource Officer. In June, 1995, he became the Assistant Manager of the Staff Administration Department, a position he held until the liquidation of the Bank in January, 2000. In April, 2000, he joined the ARB Apex Bank as the Head of Human Resource and Administration. He played a pioneering role in the establishment of the ARB Apex Bank Ltd. and played diverse roles in the Bank until, September, 2019 when he voluntarily retired. He joined La Community Bank as the Human Resource Manager in May, 2020.
Ken has also been a Human Resource Management consultant for some Rural and Community Banks (RCBs), leveraging on his wealth of expertise and experience to revamp the Human Resource Management function and practices in some RCBs especially in the area of recruitment and selection of senior management staff, performance management, learning and development and industrial relations.
Ken brings on board a wealth of experience in Human Resource Management in financial institutions to support the Management of La Community Bank.
