Barrister/Solicitor with over 40 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise in corporate and commercial law to any legal challenge. His extensive knowledge encompasses tax, trusts,

pensions, debt financing, financial services, petroleum and power, aviation, property development, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, and information technology. One time an expert witness on Ghanaian corporate and investment law at The Hague, and as a regular consultant for the World Bank Doing Business (Ghana) team Lawrence's insights are valued by both clients and peers.

Larry founded and served as Senior Partner of Law Trust Company for over 20 years, and currently holds the position of Executive Chairman. His leadership extends beyond his own firm, with board positions held in prominent organizations like the National Identification Authority Board, GETFUND, SIC Insurance as the Chairperson, and Board Membership of Volta River Authority, the Council for Law Reporting the The Customs CEPS, and other organizations.
